Between street-art and vintage style: the innovations by Flaviker and Ariana

In the Milan spaces of In Lab, Interior Laboratory (9 Albricci street), the new materials proposed by the brands Flaviker and Ariana (ABK Group) for kitchen, bathroom and living will be showed.

River and Hyper are the projects that Flaviker selected to show the new applications of porcelain stoneware in domestic environments, which can stress the most current stylistic trends influenced by visual art. River, in particular, combines surfaces’ homogeneity with fragment’s beauty, placing itself within the macro-trend linked to agglomerates and texturized materials. For the occasion, the line of surfaces will be interpreted in a Pebble decorative composition, created on demand by the brand and customizable in the format; it is further embellished by the exclusive proposal for bathroom signed Sbordoni.

On the other hand, Hyper stands out for its hyper-realistic style, which is inspired by the concrete blocks used in industrial construction. Moreover, it launches an important collaboration with the Tattoo & Visual artist Tiziano Colella, author of the hyper-decorative capsule collection “Titti 4 Flaviker”. The graphic subjects - such as Tiger and Rose - have a great visual impact; here murals’ techniques are combined with old school tattoos’ iconography.

Ariana bases on the refined and original style of the new ranges Energy and Worn. The first one brings back color at the center of coverings’ material and decorative language, through lively nuances and a refined three-dimensionality that is expressed in the 3D surfaces Shabby and Spatula. Worn is inspired by the vintage leather of the famous Chesterfield sofas; it increases the eclectic combinations.

The products are available in 6 formats, including the decorative strip 10x60 cm and to the new large slab of 120x270 cm, especially designed for residential heights. Its palette has four colors, with the boldest notes of leather and the “industrial” shades of contemporary moodboards.
