MyDesign by Schlüter-Systems Digital Printing

Schlüter-Systems has significantly expanded the MyDesign by Schlüter-Systems programme for customisation: Customers can now apply their own artwork to numerous Schlüter profiles with digital printing.

The German Design Council has already recognised the digitally printed profiles of the MyDesign by Schlüter-Systems programme for their outstanding design quality with its Iconic Award 2023 in the Product design – Building equipment category.

State-of-the-art printing technology is the key to modern tile production and enables creating finishes with wood or marble appearances that give designers a wide range of decorative choices. Using the latest printing technology, the MyDesign by Schlüter-Systems programme allows for optimally adapting numerous popular profiles to the tile design. Tile installers can integrate effective edge protection harmoniously into the tile covering or set accents in skirtings or the wall area. What's more, customers can even apply their own artwork such as special patterns or logos to the profiles – a new way for private and commercial building owners to express their individuality.

The innovative service offer, which is unique in the industry, provides design choices in the best Schlüter quality to accommodate every customer's preferences. Together with the already established 190 colour choices of the RAL CLASSIC chart, it further expands the individuality of profile selection. The new digital printing technology will initially be available for the following Schlüter profiles:

• the finishing profiles Schlüter-RONDEC, Schlüter-QUADEC, Schlüter-JOLLY and Schlüter-RONDEC-STEP,
• the border profile Schlüter-DESIGNLINE,
• the skirting profile Schlüter-DESIGNBASE-SL (height 60 mm) and
• the cove-shaped profiles Schlüter-DILEX-AHK and -DILEX-AHKA.

With this modern printing technology, customers of Schlüter-Systems are always a step ahead in covering design with profiles.
