Ten years after its conception, the famous Appartamento LAGO, located in the main Milanese design district, makes itself a true Contract Lab thanks to the partnership with MAD051, a network of professionals specialized in consultancy and integrated interior design.
A true evolution affected the 300 square meter space in via Brera 30 of the well-known Italian leader of modular furniture, now officially transformed into a creative hub for the contract sector. Thanks to the collaboration with the Emilian company known for its Materioteca, the apartment has a renewed style to propose ideas and concrete turnkey project solutions dedicated to the hospitality, working spaces, catering and real estate sectors, also offering a focused analysis on materials in relation to the most suitable furnishing system for each case.
Entirely characterized by LAGO elements, the apartment firstly welcomes visitors in a reception area with waiting room, reproducing a hotel lobby. It then continues with the room dedicated to breakfasts and events, ending with the sleeping area with five bedroom samples, where different solutions are showed to the professionals of the sector, passing through double, single and suite rooms, easily adaptable to structures with three, four or five stars.
The LAGO Contract Lab MAD051 Materials is open by appointment to designers, professionals and entrepreneurs of the sectors HoReCa and workspaces interested in a complete design and creation of their own structure. This new format is part of a broader path including other projects, first of all the LAGO DESIGN NETWORK. It is a retail formula that goes beyond the conventional concept of supply, involving shops, restaurants and hotels furnished with accessories of the brand, making them the first symbols, showrooms/demonstrators and business partners of the so-called "home feeling", a key concept of LAGO business strategy.
