The full-body sintered stone Lapitec® obtained three awards at the German Plus X Award, dedicated to product innovation in the segment of technology and lifestyle.
The jury - a panel of independent professionals made up of journalists, designers and experts - recognized the material, in the color version Bianco Crema, the absolute qualitative excellence in the categories high quality, design and functionality, in order to meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards. The material, in fact, stands out for the combination of the mechanical and physical features of porcelain stoneware and the elegance of the typical finishes of natural stone. Moreover, the Lapitec® composition is free of binders based on resins or hydrocarbons, thus representing an eco-friendly product.
In particular, the jury appreciated the delicate and Mediterranean shade of Bianco Crema that perfectly matches the colors of nature. It is available in seven different finishes for a wide range of solutions that can be fully customized. Finally, in the functionality category, Lapitec® was awarded for its technical features: the material is resistant and withstands high temperatures; it is not subject to moisture and is resistant to UV rays; it is unaltered by acids and alkalis, self-cleaning and resistant to bacteria.
