Marbles protagonists of the Epic Marbella show-villa

The Epic Marbella show-villa is the first villa-sample of a new and exclusive project that includes 56 luxury residences by Fendi Casa, in the heart of the famous Golden Mile, on the Costa del Sol, in Marbella (Spain).

The villa offers the best of sustainable design and functionality, just a few steps from the sea and Puerto Banús, one of the trendiest summer spots in Europe where some of the most luxurious yachts in the world dock. All the residences have large terraces or private gardens, sea view or the majestic Sierra Nevada mountain range, some also with private swimming pool; the common areas are equipped with all the most exclusive comforts and include concierge service, gym, special spaces dedicated to smart working and children.

The interior was curated by The One Atelier, a company specializing in the design of turnkey luxury homes, and created by Sierra Blanca Estates, the luxury developer of the area, and, for the furnishings, by Fendi Casa, a symbol of design and excellence made in Italy.

The material protagonists of the interiors are Margraf marbles, chosen in light shades of white and gray: the floor in glossy New Calacatta, combined with natural oak, makes the rooms unique and highly distinctive; the classic Roman Travertine embellishes the bathrooms and the kitchen; the Lipica Fiorito, in flamed anti-slip finish, characterizes the outdoor spaces and large terraces.
