The architect, Pepa Díaz, has banked on the full body porcelain tile from Urbatek, the firm from the PORCELANOSA Grupo, in order to get the visual continuation for a single family home with porche projection in Murcia.
The house, divided into two clearly different spaces is spread over a single floor whose main room is extended from the living room to the kitchen and the dining room, extending all the way to the terrace.
The main characteristic of this Project is the visual continuation in relation to the whole construction, which joins the inside of the house with outside spaces, such as the swimming pool, showing an aspect which is totally homogeneous and it turns the latter into an extension of the terrace. In order to get this effect, the same material for the floor tiles have been used in each and every space. Specifically, the technical Avenue White porcelain from Urbatek in different textures, because of its timeless and practical character.
The house, situated in the Mazarrón Country Club residential complex, adapts to the beauty and perfection of the mountainous surroundings in which it finds itself, providing maximum comfort and use of the space, together with both a modern and minimalistic design.
As well as that, the colour white from Avenue White takes over in every room, and at the same time, it increases the spaciousness feeling of the house, together with the big glass windows that connect the house with the surrounding landscape.
