Victoria+Albert designed a bathtub inspired by the sea world. The main feature of Pescadero - the new freestanding model presented at the Milan Furniture Exhibition – is in fact its rim resembling an asymmetrical sea wave. Moreover, its name recalls the California city with the same name looking out to the Pacific.
Both the internal and the external parts of the tub are carved in a decisive and accentuated style with marked shadow lines and profiles lending an effect of constant movement. Compact despite its 1695 mm, the tub is made of QUARRYCAST®, a material consisting of Volcanic Limestone™, naturally white and mixed with resin, characterized by high thermal insulation, heat and thermal shock resistance.
