Craft is the result of the study of cementitious materials and mineral decorative coatings, now widely used for contemporary projects. Especially, the research on the surface’s features is deeply analyzed, thanks to the collaboration with artisans specialized in the techniques of the craft mineral matter coating.
The use of the latest production technology enabled Refin to reinterpret these creative ideas in a collection of porcelain stoneware slabs that are innovative, minimalist, with a contemporary design.
The cloudy tiles are characterized by shades, pattern sketches imprinted on the matter, brushes and chromatic contrasts: these effects are enhanced and emphasized by the large formats offered.
Daniela Dallavalle - eeclectic designer seeking out the purest material soul - signed instead the Refin Collection Arte Pura, which aims at the exaltation of the less visible details, focusing on used effects, sober shades, dynamism and lace and macramé inspiration, leaving freedom of expression to raw materials.
