For Cersaie 2017, Trend Group introduced three high-end new lines of surfaces for architecture and design based on the reinterpretation of glass and agglomerates.
Material, color and light are combined in the collection Supreme, La Veneziana and Infinity that start from the ancient Italian tradition to reach a contemporary and sophisticated design.
Supreme, designed by the architect Carla Baratelli, consists of a hand-cut artistic glass, created by combining different colors, enamels, and aventurine, finally embellished with fine finishes. The shot, iridescent or metallic effect is made bright by light and transparency’s changes. The wide variety of sizes allows several applications: from different types of customized formats to the largest one of 60x30 cm.
La Veneziana is a tribute to the iconic production method used in ancient Greece and which finds the greatest splendor in Venice Renaissance. An agglomerate of various granules enriches the line TREND Origina™, designed by TREND Group's factories in the United States, whose added value is both the formats’ customization and the uniqueness of each blend. This iconic achievement easily obtained the Greenguard certification, which guarantees the highest standards of air emissions within buildings.
Infinity evokes instead the endless decorative possibilities offered by printed glass, even on the large format 300 x 140 cm.
Moreover, the brand have always focused on environmental sustainability, aiming at reducing the consumption of raw materials and designing durable products. The collection TREND includes now the 78% of reused materials.
