Consisting of large, slim boards with a strong sense of substance, the Slim 180 collection enables you to install an entirely new floor covering without the hassle of removing the old one, thus offering huge advantages for home renovations.
Made of Slavonian Oak, the eight wood floor coverings from the Slim 180 collection include both cleanly essential and richly variegated pieces, which turn your floor into a highly evocative design feature that sets off any type of styling. The knots and sanded split marks, combined with the micro-chamfering of the four edges and the craftsmanship of the hand-rubbed colouring, create dramatic surfaces made up of unique, unrepeatable pieces that generate a powerful sense of warmth, comfort and visual character.
These two-layer floorboards come in a width of 180 mm and in lengths ranging from 1500 to 2200 mm. Their substantial size is in stark contrast to their slim thickness, made up of a 2.5 mm layer of hardwood over a 7.5 mm multi-layer panel of birch wood.
The boards are simple to install with adhesive, thanks to their flexibility and the precision of the fitting system. They can be laid over concrete or anhydride subfloors, wood-fibre panels, ceramic tiles and even substrates with underfloor heating systems. The decision to use water-based, solvent-free, non-toxic varnishes, and wax oil finishes means that this wood flooring is free from harmful emissions and provides a safe, healthy environment over the years.
