25 products out of 154 participants to the initiative won the award 'Design Plus powered by ISH', which have been officially awarded on the opening day of the homonymous fair dedicated to bathroom present until March 18 in Frankfurt.
The international jury of the competition established in 1983 evaluated the new proposals according to global design requirements, innovative content, choice of materials, ecology and technology. Selected by the experts as virtuous examples of the combination of technology and design, among these there are 14 Germans and 11 from Australia, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and Spain.
In particular, “smart” bathroom fixtures and furnishings with a special concept stood out in the bathroom category; while for the heating and cooling segment a pellet stove with high energy efficiency and innovative and modular radiators were recognized. Moreover, during the event, all the winning products will be shown in a special exhibition in the foyer of 4.2 pavilion.
