Schenna Resort is a large complex located in Merano (Bolzano), South Tyrol. It includes three hotels aimed at meeting the needs of its guests. The buildings have been partially renovated, while the new 4 stars Hotel Rosengarten Superior-Komfort has been built. The Murexin products have been used for the bathrooms, the reception area, the wellness zone and the Spa, the indoor swimming pool with the exterior as well as the children's pool and the respecting poolside.
Peintner Fliesen GmbH by Natz installed the tiles. The fine porcelain stoneware tiles - shade “Cappuccino”, 90 x 90 cm format - have been used to enhance the reception, the receiving area and the stairs. The 45 x 90 cm format gave an elegant look to the area reserved to wellness and Spa. The installation and waterproofing products used for the swimming pool have been used according to the application system proposed by Murexin. The safe connection between the hot and cold zones was carried out with great attention. Moreover, the Murexin products have been used to make a rounded poolside for the pool reserved to children. Instead, the swimming pool is an infinity one.
The great challenge was represented by the strict deadline. It was a very successful challenge thanks to Peintner Fliesen GmbH team, which shown excellent professional competence and experience in the use of Murexin products. During peak working times, a total of 45 people have been working under the direction of Kurt Peintner, owner of South Tyrol company specialized in tiles installation. The success of the completed project is in the perfect methods and the quickly supplied materials.
