Inaugurated at the end of 2017, the V Tower adds to Prague an unmistakable hallmark. With its 104 meters and its particular V-shape, this building is the tallest residential building in the Czech Republic. The tower stands out not only for its fantastic capital view, but also for the finishing of the apartments, strictly luxury, carefully designed in every technical and aesthetic detail. Designed by the architect Radan Hubička, the building includes both commercial and residential spaces. You can find shops and offices by the first floor up to the fourth. From the fifth floor up, the V Tower offers dream homes, equipped with all comforts and made with quality materials such as mahogany, Italian marble, granite from Zimbabwe and the green onyx from Iran. Above the lobby with the continuous concierge service, residents can access their apartments or spend their free time in the so-called “Club Floor”, an entire level designed for relaxation and entertainment. It has a gym with pool and sauna, a private cinema and an area for children.
Bathrooms with a view
The large windows of the bathrooms give residents a suggestive view of the historical center of Prague and the green of the nearby park. There are 155 Kaldewei enamelled steel bathtubs installed in the V Tower, selected to ensure the perfect combination of design and comfort.
In particular, the large penthouses are equipped with the independent bathtubs Meisterstück Centro Duo Oval. Placed in front of the windows, V Tower bathroom furniture and bathtubs match perfectly thanks to their clear and sensual formal language. In the other bathrooms, the bathtubs Kaldewei Classic Duo have been selected and appreciated for its classic and noble design.
