Villa Dragonwyck: an exclusive residence characterized by a luxury marble

In the heart of Weybridge (Surrey County, England), St George’s Hill stands out: it is a well-known residential complex occupying about 4 square miles, which includes 420 apartments and golf and tennis clubs. The absolute luxury is the leitmotiv of these residences: it results from the combination between large dimensions and clever design in which the charming British architectural tradition merges with the most modern concept of design and comfort.

Just inside one of these homes, the creative ideas of the master of the house, Elena Diomina, took shape. The woman is the wife of the Russian oil company executive Maxim Diomin, which is also the owner of the English football club of Bournemouth.

The sophisticated furniture project of the Dragonwyck Villa is inspired by old pomp, by reinterpreting classic elements in a contemporary style and exhibiting an exclusive elegance forged by a very special material: the natural stone of Elite Stone. This Italian company is specialized in high-end marble and was founded in 2000 by Tetyana Kovalenko.

From the close collaboration between the company and the customer, special works and accessories came out; their details, finishes and shapes embody the elegance of the residence.

The massive spiral staircase made of marble Classic Rosewood and Port Laurent, the quartzite kitchen island of Taj Mahal, the majestic fireplace representing the focal point of the living area are just some of the sumptuous stone elements of the beautiful Dragonwyck Villa. It is clearly the symbol of a perfect Luxury design.
