Designed by the American architect Robert Stern and developed by Vanke, the residential complex occupies an area of 200,000 square metres and rises to a height of 120 metres.

Metropolis 79 is a residential complex with a tower at each of its four corners, which have become an elegant and harmonious feature of the skyline. It's a neo-classical gem, blended with some of the most characteristic features of Chinese Xihu (West Lake) architecture.

Occupying a surface area of 200,000 square metres and dominated by the magnificent setting of the River Qiantang, the Metropolis 79 project developed by Vanke and designed by the American architect Robert Stern is a residential complex reaching a maximum height of 120 metres.
