GIO PONTI MAGNIFIED - "Richard Ginori's decorations as never seen before" was the immersive exhibition planned under the art direction of EligoStudio during Maison&Objet 2019, where original Ginori's pieces are displayed in a labyrinth’s path.
Visitors began with a full immersion video mapping installation developed by FrameDealer of the surprising world of Gio Ponti in the ground-floor of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris): a cinematographic experience that thrills people by making them feel like they are participating in Ponti’s artistic genius. The installation consisted of 18 projectors at the 200 square meters Hall des Marechaux. The second floor ‘Lounge’ presented the new Corona collection, in which a refined thread of gold, platinum or blue traces the Antico Doccia form and the Corona Monogram collection combined skilled craftsmanship with innovation to create a truly unique customised product.
