In Houston, the Real Estate project signed by Giorgetti and Mirador Group

A new Real Estate’s project, where the protagonists are the materials Made in Italy, Giorgetti, an Italian design brand, which has signed in collaboration with the Texan designer studio Mirador, a luxurious building in the Upper Kirby district of Houston.

The building will develop in seven floors and will present 32 prestigious dwelling (between 230 and 370 sq.m) provided with a wiring for sounds system, security devices, systems for conditioning, open air spaces with kitchens.

Furthermore, residences of the attic benefit also a terrace of 200 sq.m.  Georgetti’s materials, as maple wood combined with metals, marble, leather and tissues, beyond the particular form of design, have been inspiration for this kind of project, in particular the furniture Origami (design by Massimo Castagna) the person who has suggested the creation of the external building’s façade.
