A vibrating industrial line marks Diesel Open Workshop, a project born out of the collaboration between Scavolini and Diesel, putting together two well-known lifestyle brands in a kitchen furniture project, now for the first time extended to bathroom settings.
This project is defined by iron-tubing modular metal structures, a wise mix of solids and voids and opaque nuances, working together to recreate comfortable and relaxed environments.
In the kitchen, the metal shapes respectively the handles’ outlines, the frames for the countertops, the supports and the frames for glass shutters. The new entry is a handle installed on the head of the shutter, an aluminium outline stretching out over its entire length, both horizontally – for the bases – and vertically – for the columns –. Another distinctive feature is the countertop with mirror-polished edges, built on the inside of a three-finished aluminium frame, with metal angle brackets installed on the four corners.
A fresh industrial style takes it on respectively the new modular system for bath shelving, the new integrated or countertop washbasin (available in Himacs, Nero Marquinia marble and white Mineralmarmo), a new dedicated series of tap fittings, covered iron supports for bases, low columns, consoles, tubs and mirrors.
The kitchen-and-bathroom-dedicated project Diesel Open Workshop comes in three different configurations, pairing materials and nuances – for shutters, countertops, frames and glazings – and laying down the three souls of the project.
