WIDE&STYLE is the new decoration concept which ABK will be unveiling during the Milan Design Week through STYLE THERAPY, an installation inspired by the viral phenomenon of colouring books for adults. The idea fits in perfectly with the concept of creative freedom that underpins the WIDE&STYLE project. With STYLE THERAPY, ABK invites all visitors to the Fuorisalone to relax by colouring in the patterns and lines impressed on ceramic panels, thereby emphasising the versatility of this material which stands out for its design and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
WIDE&STYLE derives from the new WIDE porcelain tile collection produced by ABK Ceramiche with different colours and material effects in sizes up to a maximum of 160x320 cm. Along with the material’s already well-known technical qualities, ABK adds all the exclusivity of a new on-demand service. The WIDE&STYLE catalogue is a vast selection of decorative and fashionable graphic elements from which users can choose the most suitable solution according to their needs.
Users wishing to design customised interiors will receive a personal rendering based on the measurements provided, along with all the instructions needed for correct installation of the ceramic panels. WIDE&STYLE opens up new areas of application for porcelain. Along with floors and walls in bathrooms and wellness spaces, it is also invaluable for use in furnishing applications and in the design of kitchens, living spaces and bedrooms, including children’s rooms.
