The Urban_Avenue collection manufactured under the Fioranese
brand won the Hard Flooring category in the "Architizer A+ Awards".
As one of the "finalist products" from all over the world, the Urban_Avenue series gained automatic admission to the subsequent and more sought-after "Architizer A+ Jury Award" and "Architizer A+ Popular Choice Award", and won the latter.
Ceramica Fioranese is proud of this achievement and warmly thanks everyone who voted for the Urban_Avenue series!
The award was received by Corrado Basso of Coem-Fioranese during the "A+AWARDS GALA" held in New York on 14 May.
URBAN_AVENUE is a brick-effect porcelain tile that pays homage to industrial design, lofts and the classic buildings of the West's most industrialised cities.
Architizer is a web platform based in New York and dedicated entirely to architects and designers. Set up in 2009 with a view to making architecture and interior design universally accessible, it is now the world's largest online design and architecture platform, hosting a vast collection of projects uploaded by the designers themselves.
Now in its third edition, the ARCHITIZER A+ AWARDS is an international competition spanning 90 categories, assessed by over 300 judges.
Before this latest accolade, Urban_Avenue had already won the first edition of the ADI Ceramics Design Award at Cersaie 2014, which was established with a view to showcasing the most innovative products from Italy's ceramic industry.
