The historic Palazzo Venezia, a building erected at the end of the 19th century based on a design by architect Luca Beltrami, formerly the headquarters of Generali Assicurazioni, reopened its doors.

The design of the open park villa is tailored to the diversity of it's environment. The interplay of greenery, varied ground levels, and long sightlines creates a diverse living experience. The spread-out living floorplan on the ground floor forms as one connective space in the interior, unlike the fragmented uniformity of a single compact exterior volume.

With a neo-industrial inspiration, the design combines metals with natural materials in 790 square metre premises.

The owners, originally from Mexico and Galicia, wanted their new home to reflect their roots through the colours of WOW’s tiles. Madrid-based interior design studio Sierra+De La Higuera was responsible for revamping the whole apartment.

"House in Murcia" by Manuel García Asociados wins the Best Luxury Residential Interior Design award, the world's most prestigious luxury awards. The Luxury Lifestyle Awards, based in New York, have praised the project as "a perfect balance between creativity and pragmatism". The house occupies 225 square metres and, according to the jury, "is an aesthetically pleasing fusion of modernity and natural elements".

The project is located in Huangmuchang Village on the outskirts of Beijing (China). It is a two-story brick-concrete building, originally used as residence and office. The architecture practice Atelier d’More was commissioned to renovate this run-down building into a boutique hotel.

The new Schwaketenbad in Constance is considered the largest sports and family pool on Lake Constance. The location is steeped in history, as the old Schwaketenbad, built on the same site in the 1980s, fell victim to a major fire in 2015. Behnisch Architekten realised an extensive bathing landscape of 10,000 m² in a large new building with a sculpturally folded roof.
