A modern loft in Mallorca with Fantin solutions

In Inca, in the heart of the island of Mallorca, Chiara Ferrari has recently breathed new life into a leather factory dating back to 1934, in a renovation project steeped in refined minimalism that celebrates its industrial essence.

Decocer ceramic tiles clad the main façade of an authentic tavern, Trenkaclosques, "groundbreaking and rogue" as it calls itself. The highly glazed olive-green tiles fill the space with light and colour, giving it a great personality. The Luxury Lifestyle Awards, based in New York, have praised the project as "a perfect balance between creativity and pragmatism". The house occupies 225 square metres and, according to the jury, "is an aesthetically pleasing fusion of modernity and natural elements".

The Sleeping Lab - Arch in Beijing

The project is located in Huangmuchang Village on the outskirts of Beijing (China). It is a two-story brick-concrete building, originally used as residence and office. The architecture practice Atelier d’More was commissioned to renovate this run-down building into a boutique hotel.

The location is steeped in history, as the old Schwaketenbad, built on the same site in the 1980s, fell victim to a major fire in 2015.
